Easterseals Wisconsin seeks a visionary, mission-driven President/CEO to provide strategic and operational leadership. Reporting to the Board, you will guide a staff of 30+, align programs with mission, and steward finances, fundraising, and public relations across Wisconsin.

The role combines remote work with statewide travel to Easterseals programs. The ideal candidate has nonprofit leadership experience, strong governance skills, and a proven ability to build partnerships with Easterseals

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in nonprofit or disability services.
• Experience guiding senior staff and building effective teams.
• Strong fundraising and donor relations capabilities.
• Proven financial stewardship and budgeting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; engaging public speaker.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization in fulfilling its mission and strategic priorities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with the board and staff.
• Ensure fiscal discipline, audits, and financial stability of the nonprofit.
