Aufgaben

• Coordinates and supports the business and operational activities of Meadows Behavioral Healthcare virtual programs in alignment with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Director of Virtual Outpatient Services.
• Maintains systems based on best practices, quality standards, and accountability for tracking business priorities.
• Supports coordination among Meadows departments, including Admission-Intake, other Meadow’s treatment programs, Compliance, Patient Finance, Utilization Review, and Business Development.
• Coordinates all administrative activities, including scheduling of all treatment services.
• Coordinates with Meadows departments as needed to assist with the patient journey from intake-admission through discharge.
• Coordinates and monitors virtual random and prescribed drug screens for patients.
• Assists clinicians with coordinating referrals for adjunctive health and continuing care services.
