Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify appropriate treating residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process, track responses, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes and providers to ensure timely submission of required information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
