Job summary

Global Refuge is hiring a Clinical Case Manager in Baltimore, MD, to provide casework and supportive services to ORR-eligible refugees and immigrants. The role emphasizes connecting clients with education, health, and job readiness resources, while maintaining regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field required.
• Master's degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
• Experience working with refugees, immigrants, or limited English speakers.
• Experience providing services to vulnerable individuals including refugees and immigrants, those exposed to exploitation, abuse, or trauma, preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience in child welfare/case management strongly preferred.
• Must maintain a broad knowledge of social work principles and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide casework and supportive services to PC program participants.
• Coordinate referrals to medical, educational, legal, and other services.
• Develop assessments, service plans, and progress notes.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure case continuity.
• Attend staff meetings and provide ongoing education and support for caregivers.
• Prepare for court hearings if applicable.
• Adhere to federal, state, program, and agency regulations.
• Demonstrate flexibility in hours and independence.
