Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customers virtually, building lasting relationships and tailoring recommendations.
• Guide and set up self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Partner with One Chase Partners to connect customers to specialists.
• Demonstrate excellent communication to engage customers and resolve issues.
• Influence customers to adopt technology and One Chase solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance.
• Aim to meet or exceed performance metrics for client engagement and referrals.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere and cultivate relationships with affluent clients.
