IQ Option is expanding its VIP Department and seeks a motivated VIP Account Manager with a proven track record in managing high-value clients in the Forex/CFD space. The role emphasizes building relationships, driving client activity, and delivering premium service across LATAM, utilizing CRM tools and proactive outreach.

A native/bilingual level of Spanish and Portuguese with English at B2 level or higher is required.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of responsibility and professionalism when working with VIP clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools;
• Promote company products and services to high-value clients;
• Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers;
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention;
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor;
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement;
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
