Job summary

Quadcode is seeking a VIP Client Executive to drive proactive outreach to high-value clients and promote fintech solutions. You will use CRM tools to engage, negotiate, and convert leads, building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.

Requirements include English at B2+ level and native Thai, with experience in financial sales or business development. The role offers on-site Cyprus offices or remote work options, with a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Thai.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools
• Promote company products and services to high-value clients
• Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
