Alignment Health is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a remote role serving members across the contiguous United States. You will address benefits, eligibility, and service questions with empathy, documenting interactions in real time and following through to resolution.

You will own each member contact end-to-end, strive for first-call resolution, and support outreach programs to improve engagement and education while upholding HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service, healthcare and/or Medicare Advantage preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build caring connections with every member by empathic, patient, respectful interactions.
• Own each member interaction end-to-end and resolve inquiries during the initial contact.
• Deliver exceptional service with a focus on first-call resolution and trust-building.
• Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, policies, and procedures clearly and confidently.
• Assist members with provider network and claim/reimbursement inquiries and other support services.
• Document all member interactions in real time to ensure accuracy and continuity of care.
