Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver compassionate, seamless service to seniors and individuals with disabilities. The role is remote within the contiguous US and focuses on resolving inquiries with empathy, documentation, and first-contact resolution.

You will own member interactions from start to finish, guiding them through benefits, eligibility, and provider/network questions while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or member support, preferably in healthcare.
• College coursework or degrees may offset experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow workflows and use technology.

Responsibilities

• Build caring connections with members using empathy, patience and respect.
• Own interactions end-to-end and ensure first-contact resolution.
• Document interactions accurately in real time.
• Respond to benefits, eligibility, and policy inquiries clearly.
• Assist with provider network and claim inquiries and related services.
• Handle high-volume, sensitive calls with professionalism.
