Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver compassionate, seamless service to members, primarily older adults and individuals with disabilities. This remote role requires compliance to work only within the contiguous US.

You'll build connections, own interactions end-to-end, and document outcomes in real time. Strong bilingual Vietnamese/English skills, 2+ years of service experience, and HIPAA compliance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, contact center, or member support experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology and follow detailed workflow instructions.
• Bilingual Vietnamese /English required.

Responsibilities

• Build caring connections with every member by leading with empathy, patience, and respect.
• Own each member interaction end-to-end and resolve inquiries during the initial contact.
• Deliver exceptional service and strive for first-call resolution.
• Accurately respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, policies, and procedures.
