We’re seeking a highly organized Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and maintain smooth creative workflows. This is a full-time remote contractor position, with monthly pay of 1,800–2,500 USD depending on

Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization are essential.
Strong project coordination and time-management skills are required.
Able to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing details.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion.
Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.
Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors.
Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team.
