Zillow Group’s StudioZ seeks an inventive Creator & Strategist who blends culture, community, and short-form storytelling. You will concept, shoot, edit, and speak on camera as a brand voice across Zillow's social channels.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to translate brand narratives into timely content, navigate approvals, and stay ahead of platform trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience creating social-first content for major brands.
• End-to-end creator craft: writing, shooting, editing.
• Collaborative team player in a matrixed environment.
• Strong on-camera presence and storytelling ability.
• Ability to translate housing topics into clear, entertaining content.
• Must upload portfolio to application.

Responsabilités

• Strategic & Agile Content Creation: Concept, script, shoot, and edit platform-native short-form content quickly—applying proven workflows, agile production techniques, and modern creative tools to turn real-time cultural moments into compelling brand creative.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a confident, authentic, and charismatic voice and storyteller for Zillow social and real-time trend responses.
• Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration: Partner across StudioZ, internal lines of business creative leads, Social, PR, and external agency partners.
• Cultural Listening & Audience Acumen: Monitor digital subcultures, platform trends, and real-time conversation to identify strategic opportunities.
• Recurring Series Iteration: Contribute to and iterate on recurring social formats, translating brand narratives into engaging audience moments.
• Brand Governance & Approvals: Navigate approvals across Legal, Brand, and Production, ensuring fast-moving social work stays on-brand.
