Job summary

Softr is seeking a Video Education Manager to translate complex no-code concepts into clear, actionable video content. You’ll own the Softr Academy, script technical tutorials, and become the face of Softr education in demos and workshops.

This fully remote role reports to the Head of Growth and collaborates with Product, Support, and Marketing to align learning tracks with what’s shipping. You’ll design learning paths, host live sessions, and help builders ship client portals and internal

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of no-code tools, relational databases, logic, workflows, and integrations.
• 3+ years in instructional design, scripting, and video production, ideally SaaS.
• Comfortable presenting on camera as a brand representative.
• Ability to explain complex tech in clear English, both written and spoken.
• Experience planning and hosting online workshops or webinars.
• Ability to design learning journeys and progressive curricula.
• Ownership mindset with minimal oversight.
• Passion for no-code and AI-native tools and educating users.

Responsibilities

• Own the Softr Academy end-to-end, building and maintaining video library and curricula.
• Script and produce technical tutorials covering Softr fundamentals, no-code database design, integrations, and real customer case studies.
• Be the face of Softr education in demos and tutorials, building trust as a knowledgeable guide.
• Design progressive learning paths from beginner to power user.
• Host live educational sessions and workshops with partners and customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to align content with shipping features and user needs.
