Job summary

CapsLock, a remote-first digital marketing studio, is seeking a Video Editor / Motion Designer to craft high-performing ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and landing pages. You’ll blend storytelling with AI-assisted post-production to accelerate output and raise quality.

You will collaborate with a Creative Director and marketing team to test formats, optimise performance, and stay ahead of video trends while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in video editing, post-production, or motion design as core work.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, desktop editing required.
• Experience with AI video tools and creating AI-generated content.
• Ability to deliver photorealistic human characters with lip-sync.
• Strong understanding of ad formats for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Develop video ads from concept to final delivery across major platforms.
• Edit with dialogue, graphics, music, sound design, and visual effects.
• Create AI-generated advertising creatives for paid social and landing pages.
• Produce photorealistic human characters with realistic motion and speech sync.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and marketers to iterate concepts.
• Test formats, CTAs, and trends; document results in CI tools.
