Job summary

Ladders is seeking a remote Video Editor to craft engaging content for marketing, product launches, and digital channels. You’ll edit for both long-form and short-form formats, bringing stories to life with pacing, motion design, and polished delivery.

Collaborating with marketing, you’ll refine concepts, incorporate feedback, and accelerate production. A curiosity for AI tools and workflow automation will help expand what the team can produce.

Qualifications

• Diverse editing styles across YouTube and podcasts
• Strong sense of pacing, structure, and storytelling to engage audiences
• Proficient in editing, animation, and design to enhance visual storytelling
• Fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with AI tools for animation and editing, curious about new workflows
• Ability to automate editing processes using scripts and AI technologies

Responsibilities

• Edit and animate a variety of video formats, including YouTube content and social media shorts
• Create engaging conference highlights and launch films with focus on timing and polish
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine ideas before editing begins
• Iterate quickly on feedback to enhance video quality and storytelling
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve production efficiency
