You’ll craft stories with strong hooks and pacing, build motion graphics, and adapt content for multiple platforms. Proficiency in After Effects, CapCut, and AI tools is required; remote-friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of video editing experience in marketing, performance advertising, or digital brands.
• Strong portfolio featuring short-form ads, UGC, motion graphics, and AI-generated content.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and CapCut for video editing and motion graphics.
• Hands-on experience generating AI images and video with tools like Midjourney, Runway, Sora, or similar.
• Ability to guide AI outputs through prompting, references, and iteration, maintaining visual consistency.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos with strong hooks, messaging, and pacing.
• Turn raw footage and UGC into compelling stories that drive action.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and UI animations.
• Generate assets using AI tools and integrate them into edits.
• Add captions, music, sound effects, and perform audio cleanup.
