Job summary

PetLab Co. is seeking a Video Editor and Producer (AI & Performance Ads) to drive direct‑response campaigns across Meta, TikTok and YouTube from a remote USA base. You’ll write hooks, craft scripts and deliver high‑volume, AI‑assisted ads that convert.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Strategists, Paid Media, Video Producers and Influencers, owning end‑to‑end production from briefs to final edits and performance analysis, with a focus on scalable, revenue‑driving creative.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of video editing experience with paid social ads for DTC/eCommerce.
• Portfolio including AI-generated ads with tools used and your role.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube from briefs.
• Write hooks and CTAs; ensure pacing changes every 2–3 seconds.
• Create AI-assisted video content (avatars, AI voices, B-roll) and AI workflows.
• Export in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9) and organize assets for media buyers.
• Test new AI tools to gain competitive edge.
