Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a visionary Vice President, People Business Partners to lead a global team of People Business Partners and sharpen Rocket’s talent strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to design organizational design, capabilities, and workforce footprint while ensuring cost-effective delivery of people initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People experience, including broad experience as a strategic People Business Partner.
• 10+ years of senior or executive leadership experience, leading high-performing teams.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience delivering team and organizational effectiveness programs.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Business Partner team to be proactive strategic advisors.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and align people priorities with Rocket’s strategy.
• Partner with COEs and leaders to shape scalable people strategies, policies, and programs.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, performance, and engagement.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design with finance leaders, translating strategy into integrated plans.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
