You will translate business strategy into scalable talent solutions, guide organizational design, and drive workforce analytics to enable growth and agility.

This executive role requires deep experience partnering with senior leaders, shaping programs, and delivering measurable people outcomes.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive People experience, including broad experience as a strategic People Business Partner.
10+ years of senior or executive leadership experience, including responsibility for leading and developing high‑performing teams.
Deep organizational development experience gained through People Business Partner roles, a center of excellence, or both.
Demonstrated success designing and leading enterprise change initiatives.
Experience developing and delivering team and organizational effectiveness programs.
Ability to influence, challenge, and build alignment across all levels of an organization.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
Strong program and project leadership skills, with the ability to move from strategy to execution.
Experience working in a global, complex, and evolving organization.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration.
Experience in enterprise software or another global technology environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the People Business Partner team to be proactive, strategic advisors.
Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and align people priorities with business strategy.
Partner with COEs and leaders to shape scalable people strategies, policies, programs.
Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and engagement.
Lead workforce planning and organizational design with business and Finance leaders.
Provide counsel to leaders to strengthen accountability and high performance.
Champion initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent.
Use data and external insights to shape decisions and balance priorities.
Design and facilitate sessions to align leaders and move to action.
Continuously improve People Team service delivery across the organization.
