Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a visionary VP, People Business Partners to lead the global PBPs, defining the vision and operating model for strategic people partnership. You will partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, workforce design, and cost management using data-driven insights.

You will build a high-performing, inclusive culture, drive organizational agility, and elevate PBPs to work as workforce architects across Rocket.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People experience in strategic roles.
• 10+ years in senior or executive leadership roles overseeing high-performing teams.
• Experience in organizational development and enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Business Partner team to be proactive, strategic advisors with clarity, empathy, trust, and accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and align people priorities with Rocket’s business strategy.
• Shape scalable people strategies, policies, and programs with COEs and business leaders to support growth and transformation.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, performance, and employee engagement.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design with finance to translate strategy into integrated plans for skills, structures, and costs.
• Provide counsel to leaders and drive decisions that enhance accountability and high performance.
• Champion new ideas and initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent while improving the employee experience.
• Use data, external insights, and sound judgment to influence decisions and balance priorities.
