Job summary

The role requires taking notes in daily sessions, coordinating client ingests and deliveries, and creating bid documents from templates, while mentoring production assistants and interns and addressing stakeholder questions.

Qualifications

• Excellent client relations skills; ability to distill client requests and extract clear feedback.
• Comprehensive teamwork skills; collaborate effectively with artists and clients.
• Strong organizational skills; manage high-volume tasks and heavy email traffic.
• Thorough understanding of the VFX production process and tools; proficiency with ShotGrid and Microsoft Office; hands-on with transfer tools such as Aspera and Media Shuttle.

Responsibilities

• Take notes during daily sessions and client meetings
• Coordinate and execute client ingest and deliveries
• Create bid documents from established templates
• Manage and mentor production assistants and interns
• Address questions from clients, producers and other stakeholders
• Review shot tracking assignments and ensure their statuses are up-to-date
