Job summary

CGI Digital is seeking a Production Assistant to support coordination and execution of video production projects nationwide. You will work with Producers, freelance Videographers, and internal teams to ensure shoots are scheduled, prepared, and completed on time and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, handles multiple priorities, maintains accurate records, resolves scheduling challenges, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Production Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule video shoots with freelance videographers across the country.
• Maintain production calendars, tracking spreadsheets, and project schedules to ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Prepare and distribute production materials, including videographer packages, shoot instructions, and work orders.
• Identify, recruit, and coordinate freelance videographers based on production requirements and geographic location.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for freelance videographers throughout the production process.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with freelance production partners.
• Create and maintain accurate work orders, production records, and related documentation.
