Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Product & Veterinary Support Veterinary Technician (VT) for remote US work in the US Customer Experience Team. The VT will provide phone-based technical support on our pet health products, handling ADEs and PQCs with clinical precision while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years as a veterinary technician, and RVT/LVT/CVT licensure. Strong communication, data entry skills, and familiarity with MS Office are desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Two years of clinical veterinary technician experience.
• Licensed RVT/LVT/CVT in at least one US state is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide technical product support.
• Investigate and document ADEs and PQCs with accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Elanco products and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality timelines for investigations.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to deliver effective solutions.
