Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Customer Development Specialist to drive sales within a remote US territory. You will use CVS selling, manage key veterinary relationships, and leverage CRM tools (Salesforce/Veeva) and MS Teams to engage customers and participate in product launches and campaigns.

The role requires an associate degree or HS diploma with relevant inside sales experience, and offers a comprehensive benefits package with relocation support and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or HS diploma with equivalent experience.
• Experience: Inside sales or animal health industry experience.
• Skills: CVS aptitude; proficiency in CRM tools and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with key veterinary practices to drive sales.
• Partner with sales districts to build business plans and execute strategies in targeted accounts.
• Engage customers via multi-channel content and offers using Veeva CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of Elanco’s product portfolio to lead launches and brand initiatives.
