Job summary

Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a DVM Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for associate veterinarians and veterinary medical directors across partner hospitals. The role is remote with travel up to 30% to support recruiting needs in Illinois markets.

The ideal candidate has veterinary recruiting experience, strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate with hospital leadership and operations partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, three+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including veterinarians.
• Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills; ability to work remotely and travel.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to understand hiring priorities and opportunities.
• Develop recruiting plans and manage full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding handoffs.
• Build candidate pipelines across markets and support student engagement with schools.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and communicate WVP’s partnership model.
