Instinct is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will partner with the Senior Manager, Events to deliver Instinct’s events portfolio, spanning major conferences, regional events, hosted sessions, the user conference, and the annual offsite.

You’ll manage logistics, vendors, shipping, and on-site production to reflect Instinct’s brand and drive pipeline. The role is travel-heavy, on-site at events, coordinating booth setup and teardown with labor teams and venue

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in events roles (coordinator, producer, or field marketing).
• Hands-on experience running events end to end, including setup and teardown.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple events and vendors.
• Experience coordinating labor, decorators, venue staff, and show production teams.
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of the time, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with budgeting, purchase orders, invoicing, and expense reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Senior Manager, Events in planning, coordinating, and executing the events program across conferences and hosted events.
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics: vendor communication, booth production, travel, shipping, and on-site execution.
• Directly work with labor teams, decorators, and venue crews to schedule, direct, and verify booth installation and dismantle.
• Provide on-site support at events, including booth setup, staffing, troubleshooting, and attendee engagement.
• Maintain event plans, timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents to ensure clear ownership and deadlines.
• Assist with budget tracking, processing purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation.
