Instinct Science is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will partner with the Senior Manager, Events to deliver the events portfolio across conferences, regional events, the user conference, and the annual offsite.

This role handles logistics, vendors, shipping, travel, and on-site production to reflect Instinct’s brand and drive pipeline, awareness, and engagement. The role is travel-heavy and on-site; you’ll spend significant time at events, setting up booths

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in events (coordination, production, or field marketing).
• Experience running with labor teams, decorators, venue crews.
• Experience supporting events end to end: conferences, trade shows, hosted events.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events across conferences and hosted events.
• Manage logistics end to end: vendors, travel, shipping, on-site production.
• Coordinate booth setup, staffing, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Maintain event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents.
• Assist with budget tracking, POs, invoices, and expense reconciliation.
• Source and manage agencies and vendors, keep contracts and insurances organized.
• Handle booth assets, signage, swag, inventory, and transport.
• Collaborate with design and marketing for event assets and communications.
• Support demand generation and content teams with event promotion.
