Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Employment Verification Specialist to support verification of employment for a dedicated client. The role involves handling verifications, research, and documentation across systems, with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

Most tasks can be performed remotely under supervision; on-site presence is required 1–2 days per week at the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta. Candidates should have 2+ years in verification or administrative services and proficiency with

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience related to Verification of Employment or Administrative Services.
High school diploma is required; college degree or related designations are preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Receive and review employment verifications in a timely manner.
Utilize Chick-fil-A systems and software to respond to verification requests.
Prepare responses and documentation for requestors.
Research credit card disputes and provide supporting evidence.
Communicate with staff on non-routine escalation; assist with special projects.
Work hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday; remote and office presence 1–2 days/week.
