Job summary

OneDigital provides verification of employment support for a dedicated client. The role handles payments, gift card orders, and bulk requests with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST hours and optional in-person attendance up to 25% at the Chick-fil-A Support Center.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in verification or administrative services, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-service mindset for 2nd mile service. Remote work is common with occasional office visits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience related to Verification of Employment or Administrative Services.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Receive and review employment verifications in a timely manner.
• Leverage systems to respond to verification requests.
• Research credit card disputes and prepare supporting evidence.
• Communicate with staff on non-routine requests for escalation.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Work hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday; some in-person at Chick-fil-A Support Center (<25%).
