Candidates need strong research abilities, excellent written and phone communication, and meticulous documentation of all verification activity in our internal systems. Remote work, flexible scheduling, and client-focused service are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume verification or customer service roles.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to research, verify, and document information accurately.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple verifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct employment, education, and reference verifications.
• Contact employers and institutions to confirm information.
• Perform high-volume outbound outreach while maintaining accuracy.
• Document activities clearly in internal systems.
• Follow client requirements and KENTECH procedures.
• Escalate discrepancies to Verifications Lead.
• Maintain records of attempts, responses, and results.
• Maintain documentation and timely completion of verifications
