Job summary

Prep Network is seeking a CVB and Venue Sourcing Manager to lead the facilities function end-to-end, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent while owning annual facility planning, booking, and budget management across all brands.

You will negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to drive cost savings, secure multi-year agreements, and build partnerships with hoteliers and CVB partners, coordinating with Event Operations, Staffing, and Marketing to align facility needs with calendars and brand

Qualifications

• Contract negotiation experience with venue/facility contracts and multi-year agreements.
• Proven ability to build and maintain venue relationships with CVBs.
• Experience owning budgets, tracking spend, and managing payments.
• Experience coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong proactive communication and adaptability in a fast-paced, seasonal business.
• 3–5 years of experience working with CVBs and/or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Talent: Recruit, develop, and retain talent within the facilities function.
• Planning & Booking: Lead annual facility planning across brands, negotiating contracts and terms to drive cost savings and long-term partnerships.
• Partnerships: Build relationships with SaveAndPlay and CVB partners to unlock revenue opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Align facility needs with calendars and brand goals with internal teams.
• Budget: Own the facility budget and identify savings opportunities.
