Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in Operations leadership with vendor management.
• Proven track record in cost savings and process improvements.
• Strong change management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent negotiation, KPI development, and data governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Develop and run a new Process Improvement/Operational Excellence division.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to align improvements and data integrity.
• Define and monitor KPIs for vendor performance and operations.
• Lead change management initiatives across the organization.
