Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Vendor Relations professional in the Burlington, NJ area to support vendor relationships and EDI training. You will respond to vendor inquiries on payments, compliance and shipping, and help drive timely resolutions while working with Accounts Payable and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and proficiency with MS Office. Remote work options are available, with full-time responsibilities and a focus on efficient vendor

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Self-motivation and time management.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to vendor emails and inquiries on payment status, compliance issues and shipping requirements.
• Utilizes strong organizational partnerships to enhance information sharing and support informed decision-making.
• Brings escalated issues to Supervisor and recommends solutions.
• Host introductory calls with vendors and train vendors on EDI platform usage.
• Additional projects and duties as assigned.
