Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an EDI Developer to support EDI applications, mappings, and partner configurations, ensuring reliable transaction processing in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with EDI specialists, vendors, and infrastructure teams to monitor production processing, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes following Burlington's change management processes. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Cleo Clarify, Harmony or similar EDI platforms.
• Experience with PL-SQL, databases, or application troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows server environments and scheduled jobs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with technical teams, business users, vendors, and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents and priorities in production support.
• Strong documentation and follow-through skills.
• Experience with EDI mapping, translation, and trading partner setup.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor daily EDI production processing and resolve transaction issues.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI maps and trading partner configurations.
• Support EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 856, 810, 997, 824) and related documents.
• Investigate and resolve failed, rejected, or duplicate EDI transmissions.
• Collaborate with EDI specialists to resolve vendor issues.
• Maintain trading partner setup, IDs, qualifiers, and routing configurations.
• Support EDI Gateway, AS2, VAN, and related integration processes.
• Assist with EDI platform upgrades, migrations, testing, and validation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure on server and connectivity issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in after-hours support as needed.
• Ensure changes are tested and documented per change management.
