Quartzy is seeking a Vendor Relations Manager to build, manage, and grow strategic supplier relationships across Life Sciences & Chemicals portfolios. You'll drive growth and profitability by strengthening partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and bringing on strategic suppliers that expand and enhance our product portfolio.

Quartzy is a 100% distributed team, so this role can be done anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5+ years in Vendor Management, Sales, Business Development or similar.
• Experience in Life Sciences industries and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage profitable supplier partnerships through pricing, terms, targets and service expectations.
• Analyze cost of goods, margins, and growth trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute supplier growth strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Lead supplier business reviews and align on growth plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address challenges and enable integrations.
• Ensure data integrity across supplier catalogs and systems.
