Job summary

Babylist is seeking a Vendor Operations Specialist II to manage the daily non-compliance ticket stream for an assigned vendor portfolio. You will keep issue status, reason codes, and dollar amounts accurate to support data-driven decisions.

You’ll be the primary contact for vendors on compliance issues, resolving deviations and labeling problems, and coordinating with Operations and Merchandising to close out non-compliance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in vendor operations, inbound logistics, or roles with high-volume vendor communication and accurate issue tracking.
• Ability to own a defined scope with minimal oversight and elevate issues appropriately.
• Comfortable communicating directly with vendors to resolve compliance issues and keep data accurate.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day non-compliance ticket workstream for your portfolio, maintaining accurate status, codes, and dollar amounts.
• Serve as primary vendor contact for compliance issues and resolve routing deviations and labeling problems.
• Close the loop with Ops and Merchandising on non-compliance outcomes and pursue credits when applicable.
• Analyze vendor compliance trends and contribute to KPI scorecards as you grow into portfolio ownership.
