Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Vendor Service Lead to manage a regional logistics team and ensure a safe, compliant environment for staff and patients in a remote-enabled role. You will coordinate customer-facing communications, track status updates, and escalate issues per SOPs while maintaining alignment with budgets and center operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in vendor management and project management, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above required.
3-5 years of Project Management experience.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing experience desired.
At least 5 years of vendor management, maintenance, and repairs experience.
3-5 years of Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Center Experience Specialist Logistics team daily.
Post standard-cadence status updates at 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM and during any safety or vendor issues.
Serve as primary Operations contact during Crisis-level events by phone.
Document de-escalation from Crisis to Emergency and escalate to Senior Manager as needed.
Unblock Vendor Dispatcher during escalations and reassign re vendors for no-shows or late ETAs.
Balance competing monthly budget priorities for the region.
Attend market meetings to update regional leadership on emergencies and coordination efforts.
Live ABC mission and policies and maintain company compliance; work weekends/holidays as required.
