Job summary

Command|Link is seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst to own and improve vendor data across the Quote Tool, platform data, and related systems. You will work hands-on with vendor information, collaborate with Sales and pricing teams, and support API onboarding and ongoing maintenance.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, proactive information gathering, and a commercial mindset to drive efficient vendor negotiations and regional strategy within our remote-friendly setup in the United States.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales or purchasing roles; strong Excel skills.
Hands-on, analytical approach with data traversal and entry.
Commercial mindset, comfortable with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Proactive by nature; digs for information rather than waiting.
Thrives in fast-paced environments; startup or high-growth experience a plus.
Ability to learn and navigate systems quickly; not required to be an engineer.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the Quote Tool, rate cards, and building lists to ensure accurate vendor data.
Acquire vendor information and load it into Platform, SharePoint, Quote Tool, and folders, keeping quotes current.
Analyze platform data to identify trends, generate insights, and track KPIs.
Partner with Sales and Region Pricing Analysts to shape regional strategy.
Collaborate with the Dev team on vendor API onboarding and maintenance.
Serve as the contact for US vendor escalations and onboarding for new joiners.
Lead projects for vendors to submit onboarding updates and data directly.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
