Job summary

Command|Link is a global SaaS platform delivering network, voice services, and IT security solutions. This remote role focuses on vendor operations, owning the vendor data lifecycle from onboarding to pricing and analytics.

You will work hands-on with the Quote Tool, build vendor scorecards, and partner with Sales and regional pricing to optimize the vendor portfolio. A proactive, analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sales and/or purchasing/buyer functions; strong Excel skills.
• A hands-on, analytical profile: comfortable working directly with platform data and entering it into the system.
• Commercial mindset; comfortable talking to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive by nature; you go get the information you need.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments; startup or high-growth experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn and navigate systems quickly; understands how the platform works.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Quote Tool, rate cards, and building lists/zip codes; ensure vendor and client data is complete and accurate.
• Acquire vendor information (lists, rate cards, API capabilities), load into Platform/SharePoint/Quote Tool; keep quotes up to date.
• Analyze platform data to identify trends and generate insights; build vendor scorecards and track KPIs.
• Partner with Sales and Regional Pricing Analysts to shape strategy by region and vendor onboarding.
• Collaborate with Development on vendor API onboarding and maintenance; ensure integrations run smoothly.
• Serve as the point of contact for US vendor escalations and vendor portal access; support MSA revisions as needed.
• Lead the project for vendors to submit onboarding updates, lists, and rate cards directly.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team success.
