Job summary

allwhere is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to run our Vendor Management function in New York, NY. You will coach and develop a team of Vendor Management Specialists, own critical vendor relationships, and shape the partner network that powers sourcing of equipment globally.

You’ll collaborate across Order Management, Logistics & Asset Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success and Product to drive cost efficiency, coverage, reliability, and speed as we scale, turning vendor strategy

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in vendor / partner management, IT procurement, channel management, or related field.
Proven track record supervising or leading a team, coaching and performance management.
Direct experience with OEMs and distribution channels (e.g., Apple, Dell, Lenovo, TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro).
Strong knowledge of channel programs, including Deal Registration, warranties, rebates, and incentives.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Vendor Management Specialists while staying involved in daily execution.
Own global vendor ecosystem across OEMs, distributors, and VARs, and shape the sourcing strategy by region.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and program structures to improve cost and outcomes; manage vendor KPIs and SLAs.
