Job summary

SES is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst to join a remote team supporting CST or MST time zones. You will develop data-driven procurement insights, manage dashboards, and drive automation across SAP/SAP Ariba environments.

The role collaborates with procurement, finance, operations, and suppliers to reduce manual work and improve decision-making. Ideal candidates leverage Excel, Power BI, DBeaver, and Power Automate to build spends, savings, and KPI dashboards, while ensuring data accuracy and

Qualifications

Experience extracting data with DBeaver, SAP, and SAP Ariba.
Build spend, forecasting and savings dashboards in Excel/Power BI.
Develop automated workflows with Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain procurement dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and DBeaver.
Create spend analysis, forecasting, and savings dashboards.
Produce KPI reporting including contractor headcount and procurement spend.
Extract and analyze data from enterprise systems (SAP, SAP Ariba) and databases.
Investigate supplier data for fraud, anomalies, and compliance risks.
Develop standardized documentation and reporting processes.
Design and implement Power Automate workflows to reduce manual tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity.
