• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 3-5 years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience supporting software, SaaS, cloud services procurement.
• Experience RFx processes from supplier selection through award.
• Experience reviewing contracts, SOWs, or licensing agreements.
• Spend analysis, benchmarking, or sourcing analytics experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of technology and ecommerce sourcing strategies.
• Lead and support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and bid analyses.
• Conduct spend analysis, opportunity assessments, benchmarking, and should-cost modeling.
• Develop award optimization scenarios and supplier recommendations.
• Support supplier relationship management activities and scorecards.
• Review supplier agreements, SOWs, and licensing agreements.
• Partner with stakeholders, legal teams, and suppliers on contracts.
• Assist with savings tracking and procurement analytics.
