Job summary

Gov Services Hub is seeking a SAP SRM‑savvy professional to join our largely remote team in Middletown, PA. The role involves working with IT procurement, contracts and purchasing, and external vendors to manage staff augmentation and related SAP SRM tasks.

Responsibilities include processing shopping carts and POs in SAP SRM, reviewing invoices and dashboards, and maintaining vendor relationships. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SAP SRM functions and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SAP SRM functions (Display, Shop, Receiving).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff augmentation requisition process with internal stakeholders.
• Submit staff augmentation requisitions to external vendors.
• Enter shopping carts in SAP SRM and process changes to purchase orders.
• Assist IT team with shopping carts and goods receipts as needed.
• Review monthly invoicing for staff augmentation, change orders and receipts.
• Review IT dashboards for accuracy and maintain data.
