The role requires collaboration across Medical Management, Provider Services, Finance, and Operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial analysis and vendor management, with CPA/CPA-preferred credentials, and experience presenting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years of Financial analysis, budgeting, or in an FP&A role supporting business operations required.
• 5+ years Vendor management, procurement, or operations management required.
• Healthcare or managed care preferred.
• Proven experience presenting to executive leadership and managing RFP or sourcing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end budget development, forecasting, invoice and spend management for assigned functional area.
• Develops and tracks vendor scorecards, SLA dashboards, and corrective action plans.
• Manages vendor relationships, ensuring contractual compliance and performance.
• Supports executive presentations with financial summaries, trends, and recommendations.
• Partners with Procurement on RFP development, bid evaluation, and vendor selection.
