Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of timely financial reports on revenue drivers like membership.
• Lead analyses from sales/marketing/provider data and regulatory changes.
• Model market penetration using sales and provider metrics.
• Create scenario planning for membership volume affecting management decisions.
• Develop multi-year membership and revenue projection models.
• Prepare budget/forecast and analyze results by geography and sales channel.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close and produce analytic packages.
• Lead and develop data analysts to improve reporting accuracy.
