Job summary

TownSq is seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst to support our Customer Success team. You will identify unenrolled vendors, verify contact information, and guide vendors through enrollment within VendorSmart.

This role emphasizes research, organization, and clear communication to drive measurable enrollment results. You will manage vendor populations across client accounts, perform outreach, track progress, and keep records up to date.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with independent online research and data validation.
• Experience in customer success or vendor management is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage unenrolled vendors across client accounts.
• Research vendor contact information for accuracy.
• Validate and update vendor records when information is missing or outdated.
• Send enrollment invitations and conduct timely follow-up outreach.
• Communicate with vendors and assist enrollment through the process.
• Track outreach activity, enrollment progress, and unresolved issues.
• Maintain records and clear next steps for vendors in the pipeline.
• Identify unreachable or duplicate vendors and escalate as needed.
• Provide regular updates on enrollment activity and outcomes.
• Assist the Customer Success team with account research and data maintenance.
