Job summary

Elitek Vehicle Services, an LKQ Company, is seeking a Remote Diagnostic Technician to act as a primary contact in a call center setting. You will apply diagnostic expertise to customer vehicles, resolve issues on first contact when possible, and guide partners through repair workflows using cutting-edge tools.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the automotive industry at an entry-level position.
• Technical or Vocational school graduate and/or OEM training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary partner contact within the service process in a call center environment.
• Provide diagnostic and technical subject matter expertise to partners/customers.
• Provide first call final resolution to vehicle scans and escalate when needed.
• Educate partners/customers on the importance of diagnostic scans.
• Assist Remote technicians with required diagnostic tests and evaluations.
• Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and procedures.
