Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) for a fully remote US-based role. You will partner with executives to develop technology strategies, roadmaps, and investment plans aligned with business objectives.

You will lead technology reviews, build IT budgets and lifecycle plans using ScalePad, and recommend solutions across Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Intune, Azure, Jamf MDM, Okta, CrowdStrike, and ThreatLocker. Strong executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information technology experience in a consultative/strategic role.
• Experience presenting strategies to executive stakeholders and clients.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS environments, cloud infrastructure, networking, and modern business tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic technology advisor to assigned clients, aligning IT strategy with business goals.
• Lead technology strategy meetings, reviews, and investment prioritization with executive stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps, budgets, and lifecycle plans.
• Evaluate client environments for risks and modernization opportunities; propose practical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of vCIO services.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity Services to integrate security and compliance considerations.
