Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Venture Capital Investment Manager to help train an AI model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated investor decks and memos, focusing on core VC workflows such as deal memos, market maps, and LP materials.

This fully remote, part-time engagement offers $100/hr for 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start and opportunities to influence founder-facing materials and decks used in investor communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an investing role at a venture capital or growth fund.
• Experience producing IC memos, market maps, and LP materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop deal memos and IC decks.
• Create market map exhibits and portfolio review presentations.
• Prepare fund LP update decks and founder-facing materials.
