Veeva Systems seeks a driven Lead Consultant to empower enterprise customers with Vault Development Cloud. You will lead a team, develop strategic roadmaps, and oversee agile releases across QA, IT, and business teams while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or consulting.
• Proven track record leading IT implementations or operations.
• Strong SaaS and GxP understanding and rapid requirement analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations for customer R&D SaaS solutions.
• Act as primary liaison between teams, customers, and third parties.
• Oversee release management, planning, and forecasting.
• Develop roadmaps from customer requirements and feature requests.
• Guide customers in Vault adoption and best practices.
